Author Nick Degtyarev
The work centers on the aesthetics and formal peculiarities of advertising as the main instrument of propaganda. Each advertisement can be viewed as a model representative of the whole industry. But having taken this ready-made product it would be virtually impossible to concentrate on its structure as it is too deeply rooted in the everyday life. The author takes a step sideways and strips advertisements of all textures, thus revealing the wire frame of this instrument and making it simpler to understand.
