A parable about Doomsday which comes to modern-day Russia. The Apocalypses begins. In order to save the children from the orphanage the teacher sails to the dying Petersburg. People try to find an answer to the question why the catastrophe has happened. But it proves to be difficult, because some ambiguity, some game looms behind. The horrible suspicion arises that everything that is happening is imitated, staged.
