TV as a means of mass disinformation is used by the authors to present several satirical scripts of the possible future. The host of the program “Notime” sums up the results of the second half of the 21st century and reminds the audience about the key artistic events. The main invention is the “alcohol pill’ which sinks the person into existential horror of emptiness and loneliness, while the much talked-about self-governing body of artists will be supervised by the Ministry of Defence. “Notime” is simultaneously a classical anti-Utopia and a parody of gloomy howling of experts and futurologists.
