A 15-year-old teenager, misunderstood by the world. His worldly and haughty young stepmother who is capable of true feelings and genuine attachment only on the verge of death. The debuting actress who is naturally untalented, but has a passionate love for life. The lives of three people collide and fancifully intertwine, closely linking their fates. ANNA MELIKIAN

Scriptwriter, director, producer. Born in Baku, raised in Yerevan, lives in Moscow. Graduated from the director’s faculty of VGIK (2002, class of S.Solovyov and V.Rubinchik). Trained with various German film companies. Her student shorts became prizewinners at over 40 international film festivals, and have been purchased by the film museums in Rome and Melbourne. In 2002–2005 she made documentaries for TV. Since 2005 she manages her own film company “Magnum”. Prizewinner of national and international film festivals. Her director’s filmography includes “Mars” (2004), “The Mermaid” (2007), etc.
