Dog Lady is a film propagandized by a woman with a quirk: she lives with ten dogs in a shack that she built herself on the outskirts of the city. To some extent, this is the story of a woman who lives on the edge, not only geographically but also of her own humanity. The character remains as a kind of spectator of her own environment and she can barely interact with it. She does so as little as possible in order to survive and get by. She eats, she hunts, she has sex, she looks for water. She barely speaks. When she speaks, we dont hear what she says. We do not know what her voice sounds like. You can see her as a hunting Diana wandering around Buenos Aires outskirts: a lonely, silent, weary goddess.
