A town situation comedy with an incongruous but charming protagonist. A story of a local policeman who got concussion after a silly accident and forgot everything about himself. But having lost his memory he has not lost his dignity, irony and morals. He goes through a series of adventures and finds his new self, hope and love. The story never goes the way the viewer expects it to. It is filled with cultural allusions and still seems simple and positive. It fills with merry wisdom the everyday absurdity, it asserts eternal values and offers a unique perception of reality.
