This is a story about people who have lost a sense of belonging to a certain geographical point, to the place that we call home. They are united by a thirst for an illusory success, striving for which many spend years and decades, sacrificing their original values. The film’s protagonists are not the most unfortunate people on earth, but they don’t have an easy life; and they have chosen that life voluntarily, hoping to make their idea of well-being come true. For them, New York is a battlefield where they struggle for their dream every day.
