The young biologist Viktor Sluzhkin works as a geography teacher in an ordinary school in Perm for need of money. ALEXANDER VELEDINSKY
Born in 1959 in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod), USSR. Graduated from the Gorky Polytechnic Institute (1981) and from the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Film Directors (1995, class of A.Proshkin and V.Priyomykhov). His diploma film “Just the Two of Us” (2001) participated in the Certain Regard program at Cannes IFF and has been recognized at many other festivals. He is co-author of the script for the popular Russian TV series “The Brigade”. Winner of the Nika Award, prizewinner of national and international film festivals. His filmography includes “Enfant Terrible” (1994, short), “The Law” (2002, TV series), “Russian” (2004), “Alive” (2006), “Experiment 5ive” (segment in omnibus).
