This is an epic tale about the billionaires David and Jackie Siegel. He is real estate mogul, she is a winner of numerous beauty contests. They are building their dream house. The house and the play-ground for their eight children constitute a real kingdom which required 5 million dollars worth of marble to construct. The same amount was used to build Versailles in France, which inspired the couple. Following the economic crash of 2008 the new Versailles becomes a sort of symbolic backdrop for the new radically different lifestyle of the couple. They end up by being forced to sell the house.
