Olga, Katya and Andrey have known each other since school days. They moved to Moscow many years ago in search of luck. Olga is an actress of soap operas. Katya works for a large-scale PR agency, has a married lover and is fond of riding at high speed. Andrey is a political analyst, who works hard and devotes his leisure time to computer games. They seem to be rather successful. But still they feel that their lives have brought them neither happiness nor content. In 1987 when kids everything was quite different and they dreamed of becoming heroes…

NATALIA KUDRYASHOVA

Born in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod). Graduated from the acting department of drama institute in her native city. Then finished directing department of Anatoly Vasiliev School of Dramatic Arts. Played on stages of various Moscow theatres, performed in films and TV series. Debuted as a film director with a short “Liza’s Morning” (2012). Her first feature “Pioneer Heroes” took part in Panorama section of Berlinale. She not only directed it but played one of the leading roles.
